Marquis Robinson is the Founder and Chairman of Robinson Capital Group based in Metro Atlanta, GA. Mr. Robinson began his career at Verizon, where he honed valuable skills in sales and negotiation. However, it became clear that his true passion lay in education and giving back to his community.
With a background in education and a desire to make a difference, Mr. Robinson embarked on a teaching career as a middle school teacher in Fulton and Cobb County Schools. While teaching allowed him to fulfill his mission of giving back, he recognized the need to find a way to earn an income while continuing to contribute to his community through entrepreneurship.

However, his background in sales and determination led him to seek further education in the real estate sector. Attending a real estate seminar in 2018 proved to be a turning point, inspiring him to leave his job and seek mentorship to navigate the industry.

Mr. Robinson’s company, Robinson Capital Group, is currently in an active phase of acquisition, with ambitious plans to acquire commercial multifamily real estate valued at $18,200,000 or more. Their target is to expand their portfolio by adding an additional 100 doors (units) within Class C markets located in Atlanta, Georgia.
